Governor Inuwa Mourns Dan Malikin Gona, Aliyu Jalo Akko

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, has condoled with the Emir of Gona, HRH. Alh. Umar Abdulkadir Abdulsalam II, families and the entire people of Akko over the death of Dan Malikin Gona, Alhaji Aliyu Jalo Akko.
Late Dan Malikin Gona died on Thursday at the age of 60 in an autocrash, leaving behind 6 children.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya described the death as painful and devastating, not only to the deceased's family and the people of Akko, but to the entire state. He encouraged those affected by the loss to take solace in the fact that the deceased lived a life of service, especially to God and community.
The Governor noted the late Dan Maliki's contributions to the development of the state, particularly through his support to the administration as a key stakeholder in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased Aljannat Firdaus and give his family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
