Bauchi State Isyaka Wins 2  Medals to boost team's Search for more at 22nd National Sports Festival, Sports Comm.assures more motivation.

Bauchi State athletes are making waves at the ongoing National Sports Festival with a series of strong performances and medal-winning efforts across  various Games.

 Muhammad Isyaku, who despite fatigue delivered a stellar performance in the 105kg weightlifting category, clinching a Silver and bronze medals. lifted 105kg in the snatch, followed by lifts in the total, 

 Team Bauchi also celebrated another Medal hope in Male team Badminton where Mujitapha Umar beat Ikechuku Victor from River 2 -- 0 , in the first game, Abdulhamid Musa Waleed of team Bauchi beat Samuel Adenirola from Tean Rivers 2 -- 0 in the Second Match, while in the third Match Philip Afolabi of Rivers lost 0-2 to Ahmad Balarabe Umar, given team Bauchi the opportunity to advance it Medals campaign in the Semi Final stage of the game.

In Female Handball, Team Bauchi  made a resounding journey to beat Abia festival team to qualify into quarter finals.

With these development, Bauchi State's current Medal tally stands at One Silver One bronze.

The pursuit of more medals continues today as the Bauchi team launches their campaign  in various sports centers of the Games.

 Shortly Bauchi State Head of technical,  Coach Bala Juwara, expressed gratitude to God for opportunity of launching their two medals from weightlifting and subsequent qualifications into Semi finals in Badminton and quarter finals in Femal Handball.

He attributed the begging of the success to the unwearing Financial and Moral support of Bauchi State Government under Governor Bala Mohammed. Commending the state Commissioner of youth and support Hon. Adamu Gabarin for ensuring that all that was provided in the budget for the state contingents was given to them without delay.

In his reaction to the success story, the state commissioner of youth and support Hon. Adamu Gabarin, said he was not surprised with the good start, having known the level of preparedness of athletes while in camp before departing to the battlefield in Abeokuta.

Hon. Adamu Gabarin, while Commending the state Director of sports Ado Tanko and his management team for a job Weldon, assured the athletes and officials of more motivation.
