Governor Inuwa Yahaya Makes Fresh Appointments to Bolster Governance in Gombe State

Gombe State is set to experience a renewed push in governance and public engagement as Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, has approved the appointment of a new Special Adviser, several Senior Special Assistants, and Special Assistants across key sectors.

The announcement, made through the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, underscores the administration’s commitment to enhancing service delivery, strengthening grassroots engagement, and ensuring a more responsive governance structure across the state.

The newly appointed officials include individuals from diverse backgrounds, reflecting the administration’s inclusive approach and strategic integration of various communities and stakeholders. The appointments take effect from 22nd May, 2025.

  1. Abubakar Abdullahi (Habun DK) – Special Adviser on Agriculture and Farmer-Herder Coordination
